Artesã Gallery – Community Activity Statement

Artesã Gallery is an independent, artist-run gallery and community studio dedicated to exhibitions, education, and creative exchange.

All activities organized through Artesã Gallery are community-based and volunteer-led. Artesã Gallery does not operate as a commercial entity and does not engage in paid services, sales activity, or income-generating programs.

Life drawing and painting sessions are organized as community practice sessions. Any participation contributions, when requested, are used only to cover direct session expenses, primarily to compensate the model and to cover basic shared costs related to the activity.
No organizers or volunteers receive compensation for their time or involvement.

Artesã Gallery is self-funded and regularly supports local artists and creative activities through volunteer coordination and shared community resources.

Organizational Status

Artesã Gallery is not a registered nonprofit organization and does not hold 501(c)(3) status. Contributions or participation amounts are not tax-deductible and are used solely to cover direct activity-related expenses.

Commercial Activity

Artesã Gallery operates as a non-commercial space. It does not provide paid services or conduct regular sales. Any special items or materials, when present, are clearly identified and exist only to support shared activity costs.

Events & Participation

All events are optional and participation is voluntary. Schedules, locations, and activities may be adjusted as needed.

Photography & Media

Activities may be photographed or recorded for documentation and general communication purposes. Please notify the organizer in advance if you prefer not to be photographed.

Privacy

Names and email addresses are collected only for community communication related to Artesã Gallery activities. Information is not sold or shared, and participants may opt out at any time.
