Children’s Photography & Artistic Use Authorization and Release

Parent or legal guardian consent required for children under 18.

This Authorization and Release (“Agreement”) explains how photographs of a child may be used for private artistic reference and how artwork created from those photographs may be used.

Grant of Permission

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, authorize Sandra Scanoni Albers (“Artist”) to photograph my child under the terms outlined below.

1. Photography & Privacy

I understand and agree that:

• Photographs will remain private and will not be posted online, published, or sold.

• Photographs will not be shared with other artists or third parties without my prior written permission.

• My child’s name and personal information will not be publicly associated with the resulting artwork without my separate written permission.

2. Artistic Use & Sales

I authorize Sandra Scanoni Albers to use the photographs as private visual references to create original drawings, paintings, and other fine art that may include my child’s likeness, primarily in the styles of Classical Art and Impressionism.

The resulting artwork may be exhibited, reproduced, promoted, and sold. This authorization applies to the resulting artwork, not the original photographs.

3. Rights & Compensation

• The Artist retains copyright in the original photographs and artwork, subject to applicable law.

• I understand that I will not receive compensation, royalties, or financial benefits from the sale of the resulting artwork.

• This authorization does not permit other artists or third parties to access or use the photographs without my prior written permission.

4. Duration & Withdrawal

This authorization remains in effect unless revoked in writing. Revocation applies to future uses to the extent reasonably practicable and legally required and does not automatically require the recall of artwork already sold.

5. Parent or Legal Guardian Consent

I confirm that I am the child’s parent or legal guardian and have the authority to grant this permission. I have read and understood this Agreement and voluntarily consent to the uses described above.
